The Revd Susan Fear, Associate Vicar at Werrington, has been appointed Vicar of Werrington. She will be collated and inducted by +John, Bishop of Brixworth, on 22 October 2022. Her contact details remain unchanged.

The Revd Canon Derek Waller has been appointed Assistant Priest at Ashley, Cottingham, East Carlton, Stoke Albany, Wilbarston and Weston-by-Welland with Sutton Bassett. The Revd Canon George Rogers has taken on the role of Chaplain to Retired Clergy and Clergy Widow(er)s in the Oundle, Peterborough and Rutland Deaneries with immediate effect. George’s details remain unchanged.

The Revd Cathy Brazier, Rector of Barnwell, Hemington, Luddington, Lutton, Polebrook & Thurning, has been appointed Chaplain at Kimbolton School in the Diocese of Ely. She starts in post in September 2022.

The Revd Patrick Kelleher, Rector of St Mary the Virgin, Burton Latimer, has replaced the Revd Eleanor Jeans as Surrogate for the Issue of Marriage Licences in the Kettering Deanery. This is in addition to Patrick’s current roles and responsibilities. His contact details remain unchanged.

The Revd Michael Moore has been appointed honorary Canon of Peterborough Cathedral. This is in addition to Michael’s current roles and responsibilities. His contact details remain unchanged. He will be installed in the Cathedral on 1 November 2022.

The Revd Dr Andrew Coleby has been appointed honorary Canon of Peterborough Cathedral with immediate effect. This is in addition to his current roles and responsibilities. Andrew’s contact details remain unchanged.

The Revd Judy Evans has been appointed honorary Canon of Peterborough Cathedral with effect from 1 November 2022. This is in addition to her current roles and responsibilities. Judy’s contact details remain unchanged.

The Revd George Sarmezey has been appointed honorary Canon of Peterborough Cathedral with immediate effect. This is in addition to his current roles and responsibilities. George’s contact details remain unchanged.

Mrs Precious Luke has been appointed honorary Lay Canon of Peterborough Cathedral with immediate effect. This is in addition to her current roles and responsibilities.

They will be installed in the Cathedral on 1 November 2022.

And wish farewell to those leaving for pastures new.

The Rt Revd Donald Allister is to retire as Bishop of Peterborough on 8 January 2023. His farewell service will be at Peterborough Cathedral on that day at 3.30pm.

The Revd Peter Konig has stepped down as Chaplain to Retired Clergy and Clergy Widow(er)s in the Oundle, Peterborough and Rutland Deaneries with immediate effect.

The Revd Janet Tebby, Associate Priest at Yardley Hastings, Denton & Grendon w Castle Ashby & Whiston, is to retire on 30 September 2022.

The Revd Graham Collingridge, Vicar of Long Buckby w Watford & West Haddon w Winwick, is to retire on 30 September 2022.

Revd Canon Margaret Johnson, Assistant Priest of the linked parishes of All Saints and All Hallows, Wellingborough, and also Assistant Priest of St Andrew and St Barnabas, Wellingborough, is to retire on 30 September 2022.

The Revd Michael Chesher, Rector of Culworth w Sulgrave & Thorpe Mandeville & Chipping Warden w Edgcote & Moreton Pinkney, is to retire on 5 October 2022.

The Revd Canon Steve Kelly, Vicar of Northampton St Giles, is to retire on 30 October 2022, and has been awarded the title of Canon Emeritus of Peterborough Cathedral from this date.
